The universe is governed by wisdom, not just power. The Perfectors of Wisdom exist because infinite intelligence requires instruments of wisdom to translate into finite administration. The Divine Counselors are the living voice of all the combined wisdom of the Trinity. The Universal Censors are the embodiment of judgment — the final word of the Father on every matter placed before them. The cosmos is not arbitrary. Its administration is the finest example in existence of wisdom applied to love.
