The Holy Spirit is not an impersonal force. She is the Local Universe Mother Spirit — a personal being whose ministry touches every mortal mind on every inhabited world in Nebadon. The adjutant mind-spirits — including the spirits of intuition, understanding, courage, knowledge, counsel, worship, and wisdom — are her direct ministry to evolutionary creatures. She is present in every act of genuine learning, every moment of real compassion, every movement toward God.
